Return Policy


We will replace any missing drills or any damaged product. If we do not have the exact same product in which you ordered a gift card will be issued for the value of the item.  

We will NOT replace a custom painting, please make sure to order the correct size. The larger the painting the clearer the image will be. If a lot of detail is in the image such as animals or people you will need to go large. If you do not the picture will come out fuzzy and the diamond colors will not come out the correct shades. If you need help deciding on a painting size please send us an email or Facebook message prior to ordering and we will give our suggestions. 

Replacements will be shipped to the original address the order was sent to, if this needs to be updated please make sure to let us know when you initiate your claim.
