Diamond painting is a cross between paint by numbers and cross stitch. Simply apply tiny resin "diamonds" to a color coded adhesive canvas to create a beautiful mosaic painting. Diamond painting is known to help with depression, anxiety, ADD, and other situations in which benefit from relaxation and concentration. Each painting includes a pen, tray, glue pad, diamonds, and a canvas (the canvas has a color coded guide on it which corresponds with the provided diamonds).
